Not a member? No problem! Whether you’re looking for an intimate space to work quietly by yourself, meet one-on-one with a client, or hold your next group session, we’d love to host you.

As a result of COVID-19 we have implemented some additional health and safety policies and also have a face mask requirement in place. In addition, we can currently accommodate a maximum number of 4 people in the our Conference Rooms. Please make sure you read the FAQs below and take a minute to review our full Health and Safety Guide before your booking. 

Please note that all non-member bookings will be reviewed by our staff upon submittal and your request is not confirmed until approved. You will receive an email with more information following our review. We recommend requesting a space at least 24 hours in advance.

What's does it cost to rent a conference room?

We have a large Conference Room in each of our locations that accommodates 4-6 people; the cost is $50/hr with a 2-hr minimum for non-members. You can also rent it for the day (9am–4pm) for $275. We also have a smaller, 1-2 person Breakout Room in our Solana Beach location that is available for $35/hr or $200/day (9am–4pm).

How many people can you accommodate?

Typically, our Conference Rooms can comfortably seat 6 people, however, as a result of COVID, we can currently accommodate a maximum number of 4 people at a time. We have a smaller Breakout Room in our Solana Beach location that is ideal for 1-2 people.

Does your space have a projector and how do I connect?

Each of our Conference Rooms has an HDTV with an HDMI cord. Users must bring their own HDMI adapter cable to hook up to their specific laptop. The Breakout Room in Solana Beach does not have a display screen.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our meeting rooms are used by members and non-members alike, so we encourage you to plan ahead as much as possible. We recommend requests be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate non-members.

Do you offer any food or drink?

We offer coffee, herbal tea, and filtered water. You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks, we simply ask that whatever you bring in, you clean up and take back out with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours in advance, you will be provided a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before your booking, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of your booking fee.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be provided and you will be responsible for the full booking fee.

Can I arrive early to set up?

In short, no. Your booking time should include any necessary set up and tear down time. We do not have a traditional lobby or waiting room and we often have back-to-back bookings, so we ask that you schedule accordingly.

Do you have meeting rooms in all of your locations?

Yes! We have one large room in each of our three locations. We also have a smaller 2-person room in our Solana Beach location for one-one-one meetings.
