Not a member? No problem! Whether you’re looking for an intimate space to work quietly by yourself, meet one-on-one with a client, or hold your next group session, we’d love to host you.

Please note that all non-member bookings will be reviewed by our staff upon submittal and your request is not confirmed until approved. You will receive an email with more information following our review. We recommend requesting a space at least 24 hours in advance.

What's does it cost to rent a conference room?

We have a large Conference Room in each of our locations that accommodates 4-6 people; the cost is $50/hr with a 2-hr minimum for non-members. You can also rent it for a full day for $300.

What times are available for booking?

Our entrance doors remain locked during business hours and therefore on-member bookings are limited to times when staff is onsite to ensure we can grant you access and orient you with the space. Non-member bookings are typically permitted between 8am–5pm, however, all booking requests are not confirmed until reviewed and approved by our staff.

How many people can you accommodate?

Our Conference Rooms comfortably seat 6 people.

Does your space have a projector and how do I connect?

Each of our Conference Rooms has an HDTV with an HDMI cord. Users must bring their own HDMI adapter cable to hook up to their specific laptop.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Our meeting rooms are used by members and non-members alike, so we encourage you to plan ahead as far as possible. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate non-members.

Do you offer any food or drink?

We offer coffee, herbal tea, and filtered water. You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks, we simply ask that whatever you bring in, you clean up and take back out with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours in advance, you will be provided a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before your booking, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of your booking fee.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be provided and you will be responsible for the full booking fee.

Can I arrive early to set up?

In short, no. Your booking time should include any necessary set up and tear down time. We do not have a traditional lobby or waiting room and we often have back-to-back bookings, so we ask that you schedule accordingly.

Do you have meeting rooms in all of your locations?

Yes! We have one large meeting room in each of our three locations.
