I launched the company three years ago, left a leadership position at a larger company in the industry to try and do something new in the realm of people management and leadership development.

The moment when people realize that what they are working on at work and what they are working on at home are the same thing …

My wife and I and our two little ones are brand new to Encinitas, we moved here four days ago!

 Why do you enjoy being a part of a cowork environment (at BLOC)?

I was really feeling the need for more Kefir soda in my life, and now I have it. Kidding aside, it’s great to have a place to go crank on work where it’s quiet, and the temptation to play with my toddler isn’t right outside the door!
