Don’t Forget to Practice Self-Care

BLOC Leucadia – Flexible Workspace in North County San Diego

The global pandemic, COVID-19, has taken over life as we know it. It’s definitely a strange time to be alive as this is truly is a first for everyone. So while this is going on, and the world is under quarantine, we want to share some of our thoughts and what’s keeping us going.

Spring has finally sprung in San Diego. And while there may be less places you can go to enjoy right now, we hope you are spending some time outside each day, enjoying the glorious weather we all know and love.

We know times are tough right now, especially for you parents. Many of us have been touched personally by this illness and emotions are high. Which is why it’s so important to prioritize your self-care. However you do it, be it with humor, exercise, alcohol, books, meditation—whatever it is—make sure you are taking care of yourself!
