Our most frequently asked questions

Is your address a commercial street address?

Yes, all our locations are real commercial street addresses. You can use it to receive mail and packages from all couriers. You can also use it in situations where a PO Box address is not accepted.

What is Incoming Mail?

Incoming Mail is the number of pieces of individual mail your plan allows you to receive for free each month. You can receive additional pieces above and beyond this number, but a per-piece charge will be incurred.

How will I know when I have mail?

You will receive an email notification each time we receive mail. If desired, you can also receive text message notifications for a small additional fee.

How do I request mail be scanned or forwarded?

When you have incoming mail, you will receive an email notification. You can then log into your account online and place a request for what you’d like to do with each piece of mail—scan, forward, hold for pickup, photograph the envelope, shred, or mark as junk and toss.

How quickly do you process mail and requests?

Incoming mail is processed daily, Monday–Friday and requests are typically fulfilled within 48 –72hours. Requests for mail pickup are by appointment only to ensure a staff member is available.

How long will you store my mail?

We will store your mail as long as your account is active and in good standing. However, there is a monthly fee for each piece of mail stored longer than 30 days, so it is in your best interest to manage your mail as it arrives.

Will you scan publications?

Per our terms of service, we do not scan the contents of bound materials or excessively lengthy documents. This include books, magazines, periodicals, catalogs, brochures, etc. Scanning requests for such materials will be rejected. It is often more cost effective to have the physical mail piece forwarded than to have it scanned.

What is required to sign up?

To sign up you need to have a home address, as well as a forwarding address, in addition to a valid credit card for billing. There is also a USPS Form 1583 which is required to verify your identity and for us to legally receive mail on your behalf. If you live in the state of California, you are also required to fill out Form 17538.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), which is required at sign up.

Can I sign up if I don't live in the United Stated?

Currently, we are only offering Virtual Memberships to those who live in the continental United States or U.S. residents who live outside the U.S.
